Your first appointment

You book online or by phone.

Online you choose a day and time yourself. Rather call? Then we find a time together. The assistant briefly asks what is bothering you, so you see the right physiotherapist.

In the first appointment (45 minutes) you tell us what is going on. We examine the complaint.

We ask how the problem started, how it affects your daily life and what you want to be able to do. Then we look at how you move. You keep your underwear on; shorts are handy.

We agree on a plan together: what we will do, how often, and when we check that it works.

You hear what we think is going on, in plain words. We agree on a goal that matters to you, and after a few weeks we check together whether it is getting better.

You get exercises to do at home, on paper or in an app.

The exercises are short and fit into a normal day. We show them in the practice first, so you know you are doing them right.
